GENERAL INFORMATION & CONDITIONS:
Cancellations: $100.00 penalty prior to final payment date. Full Cancellation Penalties apply after final payment has been made. Cancellation insurance is highly recommended to protect your full payment in the event of a medical emergency prior to trip.
Not included in the fare: Seminar Fees, optional shore excursions, alcoholic beverages and bottled waters, laundry and other expenses of a personal nature. Airfare and travel insurance are additional but optional should you have other arrangements.
Fares/Price Alterations: All prices quoted at this site are in effect at the time of publication but are subject to change, unless full payment has been made. Prices listed are per person based on double occupancy in U.S. dollars. Seminar fees are also in U.S. funds.
Air/Sea Programs: Any Air/Sea programs that are offered conjunctively with cruises are stricly subject to the rules set out by the cruiseline. The cruiseline will arrange all group transportation and reserves the right to choose the air carrier and routing, and are confirmed no earlier than 21 days before departure. However, custom-made air connections can be made directly with CruiseShipCenter's Air Department or by using your frequent flyer points directly with the airlines. This is recommended if you are deviating from the normal dates or gateway and/or you would like to know your air itinerary as soon as possible.
Responsibility: University At Sea seminars are conducted by Univerity At Sea company. The organizers reserve the right to cancel such seminars and the right to substitute the seminar presenter(s) should it become necessary. MediCruises.com acts only for the companies providing transportation or other services and assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with any conveyances on air, sea, or land which may be used wholly or in part in the performance of its duty to the passenger. Neither will MediCruises.com be liable for any act, error or omission or for any neglect or default in any vehicle, or for neglect or default of any company or persons engaged in conveying the passenger, or for any ship proprietor or ship service or for any persons engaged in servicing the passenger. MediCruises.com will not be responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused by late air, bus, or ship arrivals and departures, or by any change of schedule or other conditions, nor for the loss of, or damage to baggage or any article belonging to the passenger. Payment of the cruise and seminar fee is deemed acceptance of the above conditions.
